Yes it was cosmetic, it's the 3rd time I've had it in 12 months, I was concerned it may be linked as I was we'll otherwise, don't smoke and fairly fit. I did get some itching and redness after the injections which I hadn't experienced on the previous two occasions, and then my chest pains started 4 days after the last treatment, it's been worrying me as I have read that botox can cause respertory problems. Thank you so much for taking the time to reply you have made me feel a whole lot better. :)

I actually got diagnosed with pleurisy a week later, I only just thought about the botox in the lat couple of days being the poss cause, and posted this to see if anyone else had experienced it.
