I agree. Like heavy ab workout. I'm finding 7 days out, the underlying tissue is much more sensitive. Doesn't help when my 18 month old kicks me in ribs.
Results were immediate on flanks, upper abs, chest. lower abs swollen and look slightly less bulky than before. I'm hoping this will contract over time. Now I'm doing the massage 10 minutes, twice a day. They say this helps with lumpiness. We'll see.....
I've been reading about the Vaser recovery's over the last few weeks. Most say 3 to 4 days.
I had my procedure this morning, 4/29/09 at 9:00AM and feel like I can go to work this afternoon. I had mentally prepared for the worst and have yet to even take a regular tylenol. Wow, I've had AB workouts that left me in far worse pain than this. Now I question the idea of not working out for 14 days. Is this because of an over-conservative estimate or for healing purpose?
