I just had my first post op appt with Dr. K. yesterday. I had my upper and lower abs done. The upper abs right on top of my ribs is the area that botheres me the most in terms of discomfort. Also, that area is still really hard. Did you have hardness and if so, what did you use to massage it with? Vitamin E or nothing at all?
Thanksgiving Day will be two weeks. I figure i'll still wear teh compression garment for at least an extra two week and re-evaluate then.
