I totally agree with you, both surgeon and patient were at fault..at the end of the day is worried about the money and she should do her own research about the risks she could face by undergoing through surgery. It's a tragedy she's gone now and he will respond to the process, maybe get a license suspension but he can still live his life ... :( may she rest at peace
