I'm so sorry. Did you do simulations with software ie- photoshop your photos so you could show him exactly what after you wanted. A lot of doctors are very natural so I had to take a numerous before and after simulations if what I wanted my nose to look like. I am SO glad I did. It is exactly what I hoped for!!! It's not mild, but I wanted big change. You have very thick nasal skin like mine so assume yours would need to be defatted, as well as cartiledge work and heavy duty taping/ steroid shots to get a good final result. Looks like it was just minor tip work and no defatting if skin to help it shrink wrap around your tip. In so sorry. : ( It diesnt look bad, but yeah, it's not much of a change. I really hope everybody will do before and after simulations of their nose so doctors and patients are on the same page. My doctor even took my before/after shots and posted them in the OR for direct inspiration. THAT was cool.

I really can see the almost imperceptible difference but it is a 100 times more symmetrical than my nose.. But you know what, I like mine this way. It gives me an edge, but it's not your surgeons fault... He just raised the tip.. The sides of your nostrils insertion point have not moved, you just didn't notice before cos your tip hung low and took up all the view. You have one of the most symmetric noses I've ever seen. I hope you see it soon too...

God I think your nose looks awesome. I can't even see the nuances you're talking about cos they are so minute. Your nose wasn't fully symmetrical to begin with, do the half millimeter if difference is Undiscernible to others I'm sure. My right nostril is higher than my left and shaped differently, but that structure was there to begin with before the surgery. Unless he reshaped and moved your nostrils, then this is simply your nose. It's beautiful and if you check out all the actresses and models, off the cover shots we ALL have asymmetry. But I swear to god I can't see yours. I'd crap my pants if my nose was as perfect after as yours. I'm sorry you don't like it though. But it does look fabulous to me!
