My original choice was silicone and that's what I said at my consult...my doctor is pro both. The reason I changed to saline though is I have seen girls smaller than me with saline and it looks fine....I hear if they over inflate them it could lessen the chance of rippling. No guarantee but there is a chance and there may be none at all. My second reason is, if something were to go wrong saline just seems easier to fix. With silicone you have to get the MRI to check for leaks which are not 100%. Even though the FDA says there is no relation to silicone leaking and auto immune diseases like fibromyalgia and things like that, there are way too many stories. And if something like that were to happen it takes time to recover if ever. With saline the only malfunction I could really find is that the shell can get bacteria and fungus if handled improperly. You still can get sick but you can get antibiotics and more than likely be fine very shortly after. Also, if either leak your more than likely going to have to replace regardless, and I was just more cozy with saline leaking safely in my body and having the redo anyway instead of wondering how much silicone has leaked out and what is it doing to my body. I know the shell of both is silicone so I know there is some silicone exposure but if I can lessen it I'm happy. Saline just seemed like the safer choice. I care more about my health and safety than the way they feel. As long as they look good I'm happy. My personal opinion. Hopefully I made sense....lol

Hanks. That's one reason I keep debating about size. I mean I don't want to look too top heavy but I'm also thinking about the effects and complications I could have with a larger size. Which is shy I think I will go with 350 - 400......maybe 425cc which would still give be something to be proud of. A modest c or d is okay by me. Thanks for the encouragement.
