I'd stir clear of any additional Lipo. Your silhouette even tho' 10#'s heavier as you say still looks the same. Your body must evenly distribute the weight when you put it on. I wouldn't risk developing scar tissue or other complications with another surg. Just stick to a good healthy natural diet, eliminate as much refined sugar & flour as you can & keep exercising. Include the kids & hubby as much as possible, you'll be setting a good example for them & you'll have a healthy happy family to boot!@!

Don't have loose skin as my doc was conservative so as to avoid that. I've only had 1 child 23 yrs ago. He took more off my flanks/low back than upper back. I had fat transfer to my face & buttocks. My face is rather rectangular & the fat helped to soften & give me some cheeks. Unfortunately it's about 70% gone, never know what's going to take. Looked great in my lower lip too but think that's mostly gone now. Heard it doesn't take well in the lips as were constantly moving them. Where it stayed the best was my butt. I like the result there. You might ask your surgeon about mixing some of your own blood stem cells with the fat stem cells. Their doing what is called a Vampire Facelift & that's where they mix the patients fat & blood under the premise that the more stem cells in an area the better the take/staying power.
Maybe it would help to know I only used the pain meds for about the 5 days after surg then switched to just Tylenol so I could drive when I needed to. I did get a Rx for Ambien to aide in sleeping at nite. He gave me a Rx for 10 mg & I'd cut them in half. 5mg works just a s well for me.
Just replied to your comment to lagata regarding help with getting the compression garment on & off, but the delivery failed so I cut & pasted it to here:
Hi Linda, Sorry I haven't taken time to update my review just been soo busy with Holiday stuff. I had my surg on a Tu., chk back on Wed., then took the garment off on Th. to shower. I don't really remember my husband helping me get it off. I did lay down as I was advised to the first time I unzipped & unsnapped it. They say to wait a couple minutes after that then sit on the edge of the bed to make sure you don't get light headed & pass out. I didn't. I think I was able to get it back on as well with minimal assistance. The're were hooks & eyes about every 2" on each side then zip up over that. I recomend some
kind of padding along the zippers otherwise when you lay on your side
they tend to dig in. It's not that you'll need help so much it just takes time. It's a process to dress & undress for a while after surg. For me the 2 days after were the worse then by day 3 I was taking the dogs for a walk. Slowly & cautiously of course but at least I was out & about. Started back into my workout routines 3 wks. after surg. I was careful & am still not back into my full running schedule but I'm getting there!
I'll try to update my review on Tues. Don't know that any further pics
are necessary. I think I might have a bit less swelling but probably
wouldn't be noticeable in pics. Am relly impressed with how small the incisions were & how minimal the scaring is. You really have to look to see them & I'm just 6 wks out. He didn't stitch them just used a surgical tape that I left on for the first 3-5 days.
If you have any specific ?'s feel free to ask & I will try to address ASAP
Good-Luck! I don't think you'll regret it. I don't!
