Hard to say if the procedure itself is any good and if so how good. Here is why – while performing procedures you need to exercise heavily (twice a day, metabolism boosting style – 1 min fast, 1.5-2 min slow, 1 min fast again and so on ~8 to 10 times at least) and adhere to a strong diet limiting carbohydrates to 25g a day, including fruits. None of this will be told to you until after your first procedure when you have already paid. With such exercise and diet anyone will lose a weight. To make a fair comparison the study should be done with two focus groups – one doing all above and the other doing diet and exercise but no i-liop. To me so far it seems to be hype and kind a scam. Sure class action is coming sometime soon. Good luck!
