    i read your story and i relate to what you have been threw. i just want to say that you look amazing. and as for telling people you grew up with you had surgery, its my personal opinion that you should for the simple reason that you never know, you might help someone out if there thinking about doing surgery. you should be proud of your amazing body and flaunt it. your mom is right, if they have known you all your life then they will know you are lying and you will worse by lying i hope this helps you. have a blessed day
