    Hi girl. My dr. told me to give it time that the weight will change and the puffyness will go down some of it is swelling and some of it will change as time goes on. He did tell me to do some light exercising that that would help. I was also worried about it too. I did not do lipo either. Some times I wish that I would of. When I go back to see him I am going to ask him about it again to see if lipo would be the thing to do or if just time and more exercising. I have a trainer that i am working with and it is going well. I have not lost any but I have not gained any either. Good luck girl.

    Hay girl I am feeling better thanks for your support. The massage sounds like a great deal I may have to try that. I am watching what i eat. I had a grilled pork chop with squash baked and steamed califlour and turnups. It was realy good. Low in cal. and good for you. I will have to try and be patient. It is hard.     I am glad you like your size. I am still swelling a little and need to work on what I am eating and then I will be down to what I want I hope. It sounds like you are doing the right things it will get easier. Good luck.

    Hi girl I don't have to much pain as far as the abs. My side in front above the scars hurt a little at first but I would rub them untell they felt better. I still wear my gg when I excercise. I am afraid of not wearing it.I think it helps. Start out slow and it will get easier. I have a trainer and he believes in slow at first. You can do it good luck. He also has me do the foam roller over my tummy and I think that is helping too. Try it and see how you get a long I think it my hurt at first but it will get easier as you do it.

    Hi girl nice to hear from you I have a trainer now and I work with him 2 to 3 times a week so I hope it will start working soon. I may try some yoga too. I am doing some spin classes too. I hope it starts to work soon. I am glad that i am not the only one though that is feeling this way. I think that it is some swelling the mornings when I get up it is not so bad and by mid day I am a lot worse. Thanks this helps alot.
