Thanks for all the answers I do know that both shots are on opposite ends of the spectrum. It was a late day shoot and the shadows created a lot of work for my photographer that day. I should have put up a regular face shot to with out the arching and contorted face. But so far a lot of your words have been very helpful!..

About the fillers... is that not going to make me look more puffy?
