The difference between the saline feel and the silicone feel is tremendous. The silicones are so soft and pliable where the saline were soft but in a firmer way. I am a fan of the silicone. They rock.
Ok well I already saw 2 of the doctors who suggested I had a deflation and/or rupture and they have both said this WAS NOT the case. My implants are apparently just old and the skin around my breast can't really hold the implants up anymore. So they just flop around. They have not deflated, ruptured , or leaked. I also have no signs of capsular contracture evident.
It's me . I still haven't gone flat or lost any more volume in my breasts, so I'm not completely sold on the leaking or deflated scenario. One of the doctors made the most sense to me Dr Perlman mentioned the pocket in which the implant is in has closed somewhat and I believe that is closer to what has happened. I can easily manipulate the implants and feel them in there and they are a little hard in the centers over my nipples..
