hi, i just read your journey and hope it all works out for you, i look forward to hearing the rest of your journey. i like you am a size 36e and just lost 5 st and mine are exactly the same as yours. i have had panic attacks for years so would never be able to go abroad and get mine done. its sooooo expensive here and im getting ever more desperate by the day. i still want to loose another stone 1st though, then im done weight wise. i sooo envy you , please let us know how you get on. good luck
