Nopain: I guess I was really lucky. I did not have any pain at all. I already had a full set of upper dentures, so I did not have to get any teeth pulled. I am sure it is much more painful if they have to pull you teeth and then do the procedure for the implants right after. But in my case, because I did not have any upper teeth, the pain and swelling was very minimal and only lasted two or three days. The only thing I really hate is the cost...about $20,000.
I went to Clear Choice and will be going back for the "final" phase of the implants next week. I love my new teeth and smile and even though I hate paying this bill, I LOVE the way I look and was very unhappy with my old dentures. I went to the office in Rockville, MD. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.
