I just had breast surgery and arm reduction.. arms are still sore.. I am three weeks post op and counting the days.. time is my friend i know... but.. it sure does seem to drag out.. i am planning to do the thigh lift as well.. I love my surgeon... but I think I am going to wait for at least six months... I lost 100 lbs... my scars on my arms.. I do not have any... my doctor made the stitches internal.. and they used some type of super glue.. is that not awesome!!! anyway.... I think you can see my pics on my profile.. still had some bleeding and swelling a little bit... have to get new ones up... my dr is here in salt lake city.. and he has an office in Moab too.. it is great that we have this site to come to.. I just wish my breast on the right side would settle in.. it is so far behind my left breast... makes it hard to go out in public.. still wearing the granny bra.. but I am lopsided.. lol..
hi everyone I am new here.. my surgery was August 29,2012 my first time with breast cancer was 1985 I had a lumpectomy and reduction. then again 1990 had a right mastectomy. then 1997 had hysterectomy, 1998 had a tram flap my surgeon was great.. then I lost a great amount of weight which resulted in also losing what breast I still had left... darn it... and then I still needed some revision work done from when I had the tram surgery.. so decided to do implants.. now I am a little over two weeks post op and still having pain on the right side things are still really tight on that side.. the dr said it will take more time time time.. because of tram... I am so frustrated... hopefully talking to you women will help with the time.. I will post my pics if I figure out how.. thanks
