  I am 4 weeks post tummy tuck, inner thigh lipo procedure. My doctor issued me a compression wrap garment for my post tummy tuck recovery but not for my inner thigh liposuction. (he said Spanx were ok if I chose to wear them) It felt so comforting to have the compression on my stomach that I wanted that feeling on my legs too. I did not like the tenderness, bruising and jiggling skin I have on my inner thighs so I have been wearing high waisted-knee length spanx 24 - 7 along with the compression wrap on my tummy. It feels good to have everything smooth and tight. I plan to keep wearing these garments for another 2 weeks at least.

  I am 4 weeks post tummy tuck and I have been able to wear both of my previous bikini bottoms already! It takes a little adjusting to make sure the scars stay hidden but overall I am pleased and relieved.

  I am 4 weeks post breast aug/lift. My pain was a tolerable 6 with pain meds on day one and two. I used ice packs often, they really helped. Be sure to have a good supply in the freezer.(I used the soft, gel type that were very soft and could be placed in the bra around the breasts easily). By the end of week one I was weaning off the pain meds and taking tylenol and motrin (alternating) During week two I had little pain and it really only bothered me in the evenings. Week three and beyond I have had occasional pain of two types: the first comes as stinging, sharp zingers. It lasts momentarily and is tolerable. The second pain seems to come in the evenings and is a hard, squeezing sensation that lasts up to half an hour, massaging the breasts gives some relief. Hope this helps.

  I am 4 weeks post tummy tuck . I have tenderness and sensitivity in my pubic area, not swelling however. The surprise for me was that the entire pubic area was lifted up. I was not told this would happen.
