I started taking the vitamins almost 3 months before my surgery. The vitamedica recovery package should be started 2 weeks preop and then continue until 2 weeks post op.
Good luck with everything!! You have made the best choice!! I have a cousin that had her TT and lipo with Dr. Bello, it was an alright job, and postop attention doesnt compare to Dr. Robles. So go for it!!
