Went and had a lymphatic massage at natural balance in palm harbor with rashael, WONDERFUL and i am definitely going back!!! went wednesday and it made a HUGE difference, going back today and again next week....what a difference..:-) good luck with your upcoming proceedure :-)

and Yes I am still swollen, but dont think its that bad (looking) the results were almost immediate, and better results to come once "healed". I took off 2 weeks and am extremely glad i did... I go back to work on friday and plan on taking ice packs with me for the commute to riverview....
