Update. 2/14/13: All is well. Working on reducing scarring. Love my breasts. BF and I broke up. It was initially devastating, but now I'm free! Dating again.
Still not comfortable going braless at night. I like the security. Love wearing sexy bras.
I'm considering a tummy tuck in the next few years.
I again highly recommend my PS. You will not be disappointed.
My BF was initially not supportive. He loved my long flabby breasts, OMG! But once I made up my mind, it was set. I wasn't getting the surgery for him or other family members. This decision was purely for me! Was I scared, heck yes. But I trusted God and my PS! Now my BF loves them. Can't keep his hands off of them. But I prepared myself for his rejection. If he had then, it would have been his lost!
You will be so thankful for your new cute boobies. I took five days off work. But I believe that 3 weeks is best. As long ad your job is not strenuous, you should be fine. You will not regret your decision.
I'm working and doing ok. My right breast is more tender than the left. But there is no redness or heat. My breasts are small, probably a B. But I love them so much. My self-confidence has soared. I use cocoa butter on my scars. But I plan to speak with my PS about a scar cream. I'm 5 weeks post op. I've not had intercourse with my BF. He's ready, but I'm unsure. I don't want him to hurt my breasts or infect them. When is it safe to become active again?
