Hi knitwitch - I am from Australia and am in exactly the same position as you - agonising over what to do. The results of these ladies who have been to Dr K are amazing, I just wish he wasn't so far away. It's the lack of travel insurance that is my biggest concern. If he were in Australia i would be in his surgery in a heart beat. Keep us posted on what you decide - I definitely haven't ruled out a trip to Mexico. Good luck!!
