4. NO ONE HAS DIED FROM LOCAL ANESTHESIA WITH HIM, NO ONE!!! IT IS FAR LESS RISKY THAN GENERAL ANESTHIA, IF YOU WANT GENERAL HE WILL DO IT, BUT WILL INCREASE THE PRICE BECAUSE OF THE ANETHISIOLOGIST. ALSO HE TELLS PEOPLE NOT TO SMOKE CIGARRETS A FEW WEEKS PRIOR THE PROCEDURE BECAUSE IT INTERFERS WITH THE WAY THE ANESTHESIA IS ABSORBED BY THE BODY, BUT ONCE AGAIN PEOPLE DO NOT LISTEN AND DECIDE TO SMOKE MINUTES PRIOR THE PROCEDURE (I'VE SEEN THIS HAPPEN).
- & SOME PEOPLE ACTUALLY PREFER LOCAL BECAUSE THEY CAN SEE WHAT'S GOING ON. DO YOU KNOW WHAT GOES ON UNDER GENERAL ANESTHISIA?!? I'VE SEEN DOCTORS SWITCH AS SOON AS THE PATIENTS FALLS ASLEEP, ANOTHER DOCTOR COMES IN THAT THE PT DOES NOT KNOW AND PREFORMS IT!!. OTHER TIMES A GROUP OF 4 MEN AND NO WOMEN ARE IN THE ROOM WHILE YOU ARE THERE LIFELESS AND UNCONTIOUS!! I'D RATHER HAVE LOCAL THANK YOU.

YOU JUST GO BY REVIEWS AND MARLEY, BUT YOU HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING DONE FROM HIM MEANWHILE MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND INCLUDING ME HAD WORK DONE BY HIM AND ARE PLEASED WITH OUR RESULTS.

When I said like DR. Cabral I meant his work/ end results are like Dr. Cabral's. The women have the narrow waist and big round butts... NOT THE BURNING OR MISFIGURING! he would've been in jail, think.
The comment you said about the laser killing the fat cells is also wrong. The machine has a laser which can be turned on or off. During the extraction it is turned off. The trick after fat transfer with him or any doctor is to gain some weight after the procedure, because the weight gained will go to your butt not where you had lipo. Some women I remember telling them this, and they still refused to gain some weight and would actually go on diets, this is their fault. ANY doctor is going to tell you that you NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT! its the only way the butt will continue to grow.
For your information he is triple board certified. I do not work with him anymore because of another job offering, but since he has done a belt lipo with butt augmentation on my cousin, and aunt...plus breast aug on my friend and they all look great and came out perfectly fine. As did I when i had mine done. He has not disfigured anyone, if he has i highly doubt they would let him keep practicing, this is not DR!. Also he still continues to practice in Florida, he goes back and forth betwwen Florida an NY during the year. Anyone can definately see him before seeing any of his workers and do the consult with him, he gives his cell phone number in the buisiness card so you can make an appointment with him and/or call about any questions, concerns or comments. My experience along with everyone i know with him has been great, sorry for your bad experience but if you are speaking like this it must have been because you have not sat down with Dr. Shahine himself. You can also youtube him for more info. Yoou are right people MUST do their research before doing anything with their body, one's body is too important to just throw it to any doctor for a cheap price. But in regards to this doctor it is my belief that you are being over dramatic my cousin did hers and i could send you myself her pics 6months after belt lipo +butt augmentation. The thing is that most of his patients get the body they want and dissapear, but i am positive that if you speak with him directly and not one of his workers he can provide you with everything you need.
I actually work for him and have some before and after pics on my cell of the procedures if you are interested in seeing his work, and i can provide the decent price you guys are looking for because I know many are over priced.
