Not really "change" my size, but my waist is smaller and I appear thinner. My clothes fit much better and I can now wear bikini underwear without all the bulgy floppy excess skin. It is awesome! Also, I am down 5 pounds. Keep in mind that full results will not be visable for months after lipo. I plan on dieting and losing another 5 though. Word of warning, The first week of recovery is rough, But I would still do it again, no questions asked! I just kept telling myself that it was temporary. If you are using Dr. Eppley, I am sure you will be satisfied.
I will tell you that if you have stretchmarks above your belly button, they will be below your new belly button, and longer in length. It doesn't bother me though. Just personal preference. I had so many, there was no way to get rid of all of them.
I know what you mean. I think the low feeeling is because we are in mourning for the loss of the old reflection in the mirror. I know it sounds wierd but I think there is something to that.
About 6 days post op I could tell a large difference. I am 10 days post op now and feel great. Don't over do it when you start feeling better though. have someone wash your hair for you. Lean over the sink and let them do it. It makes such a difference in the way you feel when your hair is clean.
Hello fellow TT'S! I am 9 days post op and need some advice on my incision. My surgeon took the tape off and put some new tape on. He told me I could take it off whenever!? What should I do? I am thinking about removingit and starting to put on some neosporen with gauze pads/tape. It is itching really bad since he removed it yesterday. It also made it bleed because it had started to scab. I read it is better to keep it moist so it doesn't scab? Any info you have picked up would be appreciated.
no you are not wrong. He is being a jerk. Of course he doesn't get it, he isn't the one with the problem. You do it if you want, just make sure you have someone else to come over and take care of you for the first week.
Life is too short. Do what makes you happy and tell him where to go!!
