I have a very similar issue with tear-trough deformity and hyper-pigmentation all around the eye (especially on the inside ridges). I am currently trying Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy and waiting to see the results. Nothing so far but it should start working soon (around the 4 week mark)
PRP should be a more natural looking way of plumping up the depressions compared to fillers, but weather it will plump up the skin enough to make it look normal or fix the unhealthy looking skin, i don't know. As for the hyper-pigmentation, I don't think that there's anything science currently has which can effectively fix this as they do not know what exactly causes it in the first place.
