Thanks so much for sharing your story! I am 4 days post-op from explantation and my post-op look is almost exactly like yours. The upper breast feels quite flat, and when I bend forward I have a little bit of a distortion. My ps did a capsulectomy and I still have drainage tubes - hopefully they come out Monday. I asked him about the capsulectomy since there are so many differing opinions; my implants were 16 years old and he said leaving them would create an unusual dent where the implants were. I'm also still wearing binding...so glad to get rid of that... I'll try to post pics if they will share the pre-op pics. I only had 125cc over the muscle, but I only like wearing underwire bra and just felt too huge.
