I had my inner thighs done too and they were the part that seemed to take longest to notice a change.... But now I have no thigh rubbing either! :) such a good feeling!
I got away from any sugar substitutes also.... Took a little time to adjust... Especially in my coffee. For breakfasts.... I eat eggs with spinach or peppers or avocado. I'll eat them in a whole wheat wrap some days. I also make a breakfast smoothie..... Out of blueberries, 1/2 banana, mandarin, spinach, ice, coconut water & put some flax seed (ground) in. The smoothie can be made with whatever fruits you like and I promise if you add a handful of spinach you won't even taste it!
