    The doctor should remove more than 1 in one sitting unless he just wants to paid per procedure... in-network payment to doc is not high. Local should do unless the lipoma is very big or very deep. I just had 9 taken out in one sitting with local!

    How many were removed and how long did it take? (how much faster is this kind of procedure over incision?) Let us know in a year if they ever grow back in the same spot.

    $1,700 is your expense after insurance? What was billed total otherwise?
    Was this at a hospital or plastic surgery in-office?
