Eating a lot is hard for me now. I was just snacking on veggies and what not. Do you get full fast too? I had ate big meals couple of times and it was harder to breath.
Congrats. You look great. I am 5 weeks PO and very swollen. So you had to wait 4 mos to exercise!?!? I know exactly how you feel. Tummy is flat but i am feeling fat around my arms, boobs and upper back. When I was loosing weight the healthy way. The easiest thing that worked was eating 5-6 times a day. Small serving and healthy. Also I did not eat any carbs at all after 3pm, at all.
Lynngh i am excited for you. Remember there will be many days of PO discomfort but it is so worth it. We are here for you. Cant wait to see your result. And crazy enough i have been to Lees summit.
