Hi Lourdes...if you have no complications you should be able to do most things for yourself by day 6 but you will be limited and will not feel like old yourself. You will not be able to stand up straight, you will be sore, may still feel fatigued during the day and you shouldn't lift your baby. Dont forget you will be on pain meds and muscle relaxers that could make you sleepy amongst other things. i suggest you try to find someone that can help you out during the day for a little while. If that's not possible it is going to be hard. I kids are grown and I am so glad that I didn't have anyone to care for but me during my recovery because it would have been a challenge. However, you gotta do what you gotta do. Try to come up with a plan to care for your little one in advance and hopefully he/she is on a schedule . If so that will help. Good luck!
Thanks for the compliment, I am so happy with my results but sometimes it's unbelievable, until I can fit into something that I couldn't wear two months ago. : ). I'm glad I keep some off those clothes.
That is so crazy to not even think about eating. I have to make a mental note to eat of otherwise it doesn't cross my mind until I start feeling sick. The good thing is I'm back at work so someone will mention lunch so I've been eating least one meal day. Thanks for the compliment!
