Chef, First, congratulations on your decision and your commitment to the body you want (and will be comfortable with!). I have 36L myself and am only 5'2", so I certainly understand your issues. I wish you an uncomplicated surgery with great results, but I strongly urge you to talk to your doctor about any issues with reducing your breasts by such a large amount, but specifically the blood supply to the nipple/breast after the surgery.
