I got Botox 5 days ago and I will NEVER do it again!! I hate it!! Immediately after the injections (which were not painful at all) my head felt heavy and funny. I thought I was going to have a panic attack!! I received 27 units to get a rid of 2 wrinkles on the left side of my forehead, smooth out the wrinkles between my eyes and to get a small brow lift. The wrinkles between my eyes are gone, but I still have the wrinkles on the left side of my forehead and my brows feel heavy, I have had a headache off and on since the injections and my brows also look heavy. Two nights ago my eyes were extremely itchy and burning at the tear duct area. I kept applying cold wash cloths to help. Last night I woke up at 5:30 to go to the restroom and my left eye only wanted to open about halfway. That only lasted for a little while, but it was scary. My brows feel tight...like I have a sunburn and the heaviness is driving me nuts!! My husband said that my upper lids look swollen....I feel like I look like a monster. I feel like it is also messing with my vision...sometimes it's a little blurry. All in all, waste of money, unhappy with the results and will never do it again or recommend to anyone else thinking about it.
