In response to yellow or green based color to cover redness under the eyes, yes you can use green however you will then before forced to put something on top of it to make it blend in with your natural skin tone. Under the eyes that can equal too much makeup very quickly. A better option is to mix something with a concealer that matches your skin especially if you don't have a lot pigment in your skin.
You will find that using a slightly warm or yellowish and when I say yellow I don't mean saturated with color like yellow on a color wheel. Cinema Secrets also a professional line has a product called red neutralizer. It comes in #1 and #2 and you will find it is NOT green and works very well.
Hope this helps.
I'm a big fan of Dr. Perricone's meal plan, which by the way is also prescribed by several other published doctors.
The short answer to this is:
Salmon or other fish high in omega 3 oils
Fruits high in antioxidants such as blueberries and pomegranates
Foods rich in minerals and B vitamins
Greens
Nuts
Brown rice
I'm not a doctor but I have read these books and tried these meal plans and they work if you are consistent. This is not rocket science, just common sense.
Yes you can airbrush a more sculpted physique. However, be aware that you need to start with a low percentage of body fat for it to look realistic.
All those models you see in bikinis on magazine covers have definitely had definition and contour sprayed on.
