Really do breast reduction surgeon's hit a homer most of the time they don't. WOW outstanding job on nipple and areola's. You got girl boobs taunt and puffy.
Reality check time. I'm going keep it brief most girls prior to your surgery dream of looking like you. In the long run I think you'll regret this decision, this was a decision you should have made in your 30's not now.
I hate to rain on these glowing supportive comments. Things to consider? The surgeon many are butchers when it comes to reduction. They know all about augmentation but many are hacks at reduction see their work, first. Two weight loss is based on proportion, doctors want to insure you don't look like a bowling pin after the surgery 5'10" in a large girl, don't over do it, don't assume once you lose a few they will stay off. I find many girls have a big ass problem after the surgery they didn't realize until after the breasts were gone. Also if you have a husband or boyfriend don't find out like me that they didn't like the procedure afterwards. Many men see the surgery as sexual whether we like it or not. On his way out he said how would you feel if I cut 3 inches off my penis?
