    yeah i would hate to wait til i had a career and could afford a celebrity surgeon and blah blah and before i know it im 40 and still have the same damn nose!! are you going with dr. ciardullo? he said the busiest time is during the holiday season when everyone is back from college/ppl are on vacation, so if you schedule it during a random time you should be good, i saw his date book and he was open from now until january. good luck!

    thats exactly how i feel! like id rather get it out of the way now when i dont have a career yet or major bills or kids and pay back the few thousand and move on with life. i dont think my parents will use it as a huge divide between us but i KNOW it will cause some stress, they will try to talk me out of it but they will eventually get over it esp if my results are nice. its just their initial reaction im not looking forward to

    the procedure is 5500 and anaesthesiolgist fee is 700

    thanks but trust me, it looks diff in pictures, i have a very small face which makes the nose look huge
