Hi, my name is farah, and i did a 30% TCA+ jessners peel at home. i put on too many layers and let it frost too much on my cheeks. my forehead and chin are ok. basically, i made it too deep. i have olive to dark skin and i'm on my fourth day of peeling. i'm trying to let it go very slow because the new skin that i am seeing on my cheeks are pink. not white tho, but it looks like that there is no more pigmentation. it's just pink. i have been moisturizing alot! i am using in olive oil, vanicream moisturizer, and a serum that is supposed to restore skin, called Mebo skin restore, and i put on layers of manuka honey on my pink areas to keep it covered and help the healing process. i know it's still early but i am SO afraid of permanent hypo-pigmentation. i read the ginger root can help even out the skin and help melanin come back to those areas. please tell me how severe my situation is, how long could it take to be normal again, what can do, what can i use to get my coloring back on these pink areas. my username on this site is bonnyfairy. i also put up some pics. my email is b*****************.com. please let me know ASAP!
