That is going to be big on your frame. I had 371ccs and I'm 5'6, 126lbs. I wore a 34C. Just remember if you end up feeling the 400s are too big downsizing is much more complicated than upsizing. Also, keep in mind that your petite frame is not meant to carry breasts that big. Prepare for aches and pains in your neck and back. Speaking from experience, I would definitely urge you to go smaller.

You are so petite! 300ccs will look plenty big on you IMO. You will definitely end up way bigger than a B, large C pushing a D is more like it. It's unusual that he wants to go over the muscle. As I understand it, you may end up with a more "fake" look that way. If you don't want that, maybe get a second opinion. It's always a good idea to get more than one doctor's perspective. I wish I had. I would not have gone as big as I did (371cc) had I only known. Just remember if you go too big it's harder to go down in size because your skin gets stretched out and may not retract. That's what I'm going through right now.

Hi Sgfit, I just took a look at the pictures. I am glad you are happier with the new size. I did not notice asymmetry, but like me, I noticed the lower nipples due to the downsize. Mine are not perky now, but rather very natural, a little too natural for me. Also, I am beyond self conscious of the excess skin that hangs out of my bra and creates folds in my arm pits. I am actually considering getting close to my old size implants again. I know I won't like it, I feel like I have to choose between the two problems and I'd rather have the bigger breasts than arm pits similar to those of a 91 year old! Have you noticed any excess skin when you have your bra on or wear certain shirts?
