Sarah, thanks so much for sharing! All the stories here are helpful, but yours spoke to me and the tips are very much appreciated. We have a similar (before) body type and it's encouraging to the great results of your surgery. I'm starting consults this month and hope to have a mommy makeover by the spring. I'm 46 years old, married, mom of 3 older kids. I've lost 55 lbs in the past year and am at goal! Can't wait to get things nipped & tucked!
