My daughter used her Dremel--a small drill-like tool that artists/craftspeople use--to smooth out the burrs on my trays! I agree, you can't keep running to the ortho office every two weeks. Quality control at the Invisalign factory (wherever that is) must be pretty much nonexistent. I am still glad though that as an adult there is some acceptable way for me to finally fix my teeth--in lieu of dentures!
