We perform a lot of liposuction and fat transfer procedures. As the other physicians stated - can't go much bigger than a cup size in one procedure. Your available fat is the problem. At your weight I doubt you have enough fat to get any significant result for the price you would be paying. Just because fat can be harvested doesn't mean it can all be used for transfer. Only the liquid "gold" can be used - the rest is waste. Second opinions are always helpful. Someone needs to physically see you and pinch the fat you have to give you a better idea of what can be done for you. You need someone to be honest with you. Does the doctor you are going to also before breast augmentation with implants??? If not, he just may not want you to take your business elsewhere?
