Girl I know nothing about Dr ghurani, I only saw one review. If hips is what you need tell them from now. To have the hourglass shape you need hips. That's why sometimes the results don't look that great unless you are looking from the back.

Hip injections work. I seen the docs from MX and they do them so you can get the hourglass shape. Dr S does lateral butt injections and that gives illusion of hips.
