Well I didnt actually "save up" because i only decided to have the surgery a couple moths beforehand, but i was finally in position by the time I was 30 that I had enough desposable income to spend $7,700 on whatever I wanted, so I pulled the trigger. Could have been anything really... It just happened to be boobs! :)

Hi fellow newpie! What size did you end up choosing? We have similar stats and I went with 375. (So glad I didnt go bigger - I think it's the perfect size for me and I too wasn't after the "huge cans" look.) You have more starting breast tissue than me so 250-300 is probably a great range for you if you are going for a natural look. Did you decide saline or silicone? Profile?

Two words: body pillow. Best $20 you'll ever spend a Target! Its the only way I was able to start sleeping comfortably on my side after a couple weeks. Trust me on this!
