Hi Patient27, just saw mine for the first time yesterday. Hard to believe they will look normal again any time soon, but the PS was pleased.Hang in there!
Louise58, my dr said to get cotton front hook sports bras to use while the other is drying. They are pretty inexpensive and can be washed and dried easier.
I do give them a rest, I think the bras are tight and really hate wearing them at night, I tried wrapping with an ace wrap thinking the girls would like a change, but was back in my bra soon. I went to the store and got a next size in a cotton sports bra to were at night, so it's still supportive just not as snug.
Hey Jugz, I had the same issue!! They originally thought it was antibiotic used IV but now think it was surg prep. And I agree, hives and itchy rash is so bad!! Benadryl and hydrocortisone cream, along with ice packs there too seem to be helping.
Had my f/u at PS this morning and got the "daisy" dressings takes off my nipples and the drains removed. I feel and look so much better! He said to wait until Sunday to shower so a few more days of sponge baths, but I feel like I have turned a big corner!
