I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Dr. J. Maybe He's feeling himself a bit since his surge in popularity from TV??? Who knows? I'm pretty sure Salama will do an awesome job on you.

You know, I don't remember now but I think there was both-a part for the doc and a part for me to complete. Haven't seen it since then. I'm just going to use vacay.

Thanks girl! I'm trying! I want to get down to somewhere between 155-160. I liked my body at that size. What are you doing to lose the weight?
