just remember, everyay it gets a little better! keep hydrated and start moving around - my os said to walk, walk, walj! probably what you are feeling are the muscles stretching. i am 4 weeks post op and feeling almost 100% and doing pretty much all normal activities and i am a lot older than you! lol p.s. go buy some sports bras- they are very comfortable!

congratulations! You look awesome! I am almost four weeks post op and feel great! Just remember, everyday you will feel a little better.

actually, it was $3000 for saline and $4000 for silicone. i went with silicone because it was explained to me it resulted in a more natural look and feel. still a good deal. i love my new look and check each morning to make sure they are still there!! haha
