Hi mamathighs, Thanks for your review, so sorry you are dissappointed :( would you mind telling us how bad was your cellulite before the procedure? and also how old you are? BTW, I saw a dermatologist and she said that the hemosiderin staining (the "remnant bruising") can take up to 18months to 2 years to completely resolve in people who have any olive undertones in their skin. She did assure me that the staining will eventually go away. Best wishes.

Thanks for your review, restoretheshore. I laughed when I read "stepping on your tiptoes on the beach making pretend thats going to hide it" - I totally remember doing that when I first started noticing cellulite. I might caution you though that your PA might be overly optimistic in suggesting that you see 20% improvement with every visit. I had the procedure done 4 months ago and there is still residiual swelling/tenderness on the back of my thighs which makes it difficult to tell what is true cellulite imrpovement vs just swelling. I'd say make an honest assesment at the 6 months mark (or when you are no longer tender) as is recommended by the creators of Cellulaze - everything before then might be just swelling. Best wishes and thanks again for the great review :)

Thanks for the review! Do you have any before and after photos to share? Also, do you mind telling us how old you are and what grade of cellulite you had?

Ya that was for April Fool's and a pretty dumb joke for a cosmetic-surgery-promoting site to suggest women seeking the surgery are wanting to be like dogs. Kinda demeaning to the RealSelf clientele, wouldn't you say?
  • Posted to Does Cellulaze Restrict From Wearing Certain Clothes? Can I Wear Slim Fit Jeans? on 3 Apr 2013

Hi wishful, I read it as her asking if wearing slim-fit jeans would be too uncomfortable post Cellulaze. From my experience, I did not find the slim-fit jeans uncomfortable and actually found the slim-fit kinda "protective-feeling" after I stopped wearing the garment but while I was still sore. However, I could not fit into the slim-fit jeans due to the swelling for a few weeks immediately following the procedure. Hope that clarifies :)
