Thank you so much I can't express how helpful your updates have been. I am really interested in this procedure... Just like you and I'm sure anyone with Hyperhydrosis can relate to having exhausted every option to this disorder. It has affected my whole life. I was born with this disorder and now that I'm 27 the effects have extremely got worse over the past 10 years. I currently now am experiencing a rare form of Eczema on the bottom of my feet from the sweating... It is extremely painful. I have had a dermatologist inject over 40 injections of Botox which is not even FDA approved and I swore from that day on I would never try anything again! I have no problem with needles at all The Botox felt like straight toxic waste poison pouring down my fingers and hands.. Whatever update you can give me about this procedure. I was wondering about contributory sweating after the procedure ( i.e. One of the biggest side effects post Surgery) which I have spoken with the Doctor in Miami and don't feel comfortable with a titanium clamp on a nerve next to my spine :). Every Minute of my day revolves around this sweating issue. My PCP just keeps me on 1mg of Xanax 6 times a day unfortunate... tranquilizers have been my only success and I don't feel like I can keep going on like this especially in Florida.
