Hi
I'm so happy you posted this question and photo. You see, my breasts are just like yours. I'm 5'4, 130lbs, and a 34C/D. I'm also 22. I have no volume on my chest wall and inches of extra skin that look like wrinkles when I lie down. My breasts disappear into my armpits when I lie down, too. I too do not want to sacrifice my scarless skin for perkier breasts after surgery. I look at your photo, though, and I think your breasts are beautiful. Much more beautiful than any surgery could possibly turn out. My best advice for both of us is to learn to love our breasts the way they are. All women have differently shaped breasts. Some are closer to what we consider perfection from a mathematical, proportional standpoint, but no one is this kind of perfect and therefore no one can command this perfection from anyone else. What you are now is already perfect. I wish you the best of luck.
