    Do you have & would you be willing to share before & after pix? I'm seriously considering this procedure - same boat, 3 kids & after years of breastfeeding feel deflated and ready for a little boost. Don't want implants (lost my mom to breast cancer & fear them), so this route sounds very appealing. Thanks for all of your posts & updates!
