Do you get the Crest white strips from your dentist i.e. prescription strength or over the counter like Costco?

Wow, I just came across your story and feel like I just watched an episode of an exciting new show and cannot wait for the next episode (good news is, it's in two days!). Your pictures are amazing, your weight loss is inspiring and your honesty so compelling. You are absolutely right to feel nervous. I'm sure your sister has no idea how what she's said has affected you...it's like when you talk to somebody after you have kids and they don't have any...and they just cannot imagine or "get" where you are coming from. Two days! Time will only pass and you'll be the flat-tummy, tight body you've dreamed of. I noticed you are not on the surgery calendar...did you want to get added so you can see who else is in the same boat this week?
