Cherrybabi - iv been so busy...just how life is for all of us. Scheduled to see doctor on the 22nd. Scheduled for minor revisions on the 30th. Need to ask doc if I can put revision off until Aug. My partner may be going for the gastric sleeve surgery in 3 wks and I need to be on my game for her. Hopefully he will think it's fine to wait. Not to mention need to take off a few extra pounds...YIKES! So upset with myself. And... Summer is my tough time as far as eating well! How are you doing Cheri? I truly wish a few of us could make the time to " meet up" this summer. Would be a hoot. I am so technologically challenged. I would love to post pictures but don't know how to. I would want to show what my " dog ears" look like so some of the ladies could understand that it doesn't have to be that way. There are minor revisions. You as usual look GREAT! Hope your son/ family is well and you're happy. Any man in your life? I hope you're having some fun dating or have a special person. Thats of course if you want that! LOL. take care love. XO
I'm doing well Cherrybabi. I can't believe how INCREDIBLE you look! I'm scheduled in 3weeks to take care of what my doctor refers to as "dog ears" on each end of my incision. Only one of them is truly noticeable. It's like an extra fold. Also, going to re-open a small section of my scar and pull out hard scar tissue. He says it's fat. I told him after paying you the $$$ I paid him he can never use that word in my presence! It's not supposed to be a huge deal but I'm not looking forward to it. I'll keep you posted. Hi Cherrybabi. It's been so long since we've chatted. Still can't take some pounds off. My fault I start out very motivated but by the middle of the wk I blow it! I need to get it together. Want to drop 20 pounds. In April my doctor is re-opeing a section of scar to remove larger, hardened fatty something or other. A little bit of tweaking here and there. Not really nervous but kind of sucks that I need to do that. How have you been?! I'm sure you look fabulous! Life is so busy, right? Good things sprinkled in for you I hope. Be well my love. Love ya, love ya, love ya! Life does get so busy...so true. I was so happy to see your post from a few days ago. Glad you're doing so well. I'm 20 wks as well (remember...we had the same surgery date). I remember telling you that I felt great but my weight redistributed a little and I now have "muffin top". So...after Thanksgiving I went back to the gym religiously. Tightened up my diet and was doing well. A week ago my mom landed in the hospital. Wasn't able to go to the gym once after being used to going 4-5 times a wk. Diet went to crap. Moms okay. She dodged a bullet. Was having tightness in chest. Went the did A cauterization they found she was 99% blocked. Threw two stents in . Now better than ever. Just a bit of depression. I'm workin on that . So...needless to say I have to get back to more regular/ try to lose the pooch routine. Not sure why I'm not losing weight. I actually gained albs since surgery. Don't get me wrong. I do look good but I still had 20-30 lbs too lose. Oh well. Gotta run...need to go grab a cup of joe and a vanilla cream donut from Dunkin. ONLY KIDDING. Lol. Take it easy Cherrybabi. Love ya girl.
