Hello Audreysmom. The explant recovery time is easier and quicker than the implant. Just rest and take care of yourself. Take one day at the time :) good luck

Hi, some of us have been really sick because of the implants... They are not good for the body and I wish I would have read these reviews before I went and got mine.
